Google Chrome OS - The Next Generation Business Model

Google is adopting the next generation business model by launching its Chrome OS. And that model is - Google wants users to spend most of their time on the web. Spending Time on Google's Web generates revenue for Google.

People use Google Search, Gmail, Youtube and other Google Apps. Users spending time on Google's Web generates lot of traffic and this traffic helps them to analyze users online behaviour. Since nearly every website holds a Google ad slot, every impression and every second you spend on the web is revenue for Google.

As long as you’re on the web, Google wins. Not to mention that Google's only business model consists of analyzing your activities to deliver ever-more targeted ads at you.
