You can buy it easily from the hundreds of online stores if you are in USA or Europe or other countries.
But here in India? I cannot find any simple way to do that. Microsoft India website microsoft.co.in actually is a squatted website! Microsoft.in goes to the right location. There is a buy button on this page. But it links to the US edition of the Microsoft Store!
